Facebook Platform
Stephen Downes picked up my post on Facebook As a Learning Platform. He commented: To be clear, I do not think that Facebook itself is really a learning environment. Something like the social network operating system , maybe. All of that said, Facebook is surprising me in terms of how well it works as a platform.

CNN Using Twitter and Facebook During Prime-Time News
I’ve just been watching an interesting new component of CNN prime-time news, wherein Rick Sanchez, one of the current anchors, flashes cherry-picked items from Twitter ( Rick’s Twitter Feedback ) and from Facebook ( Rick’s Facebook Feedback ) in order to counter or reinforce the story he has just introduced.

New Features Make Sharein Even More Efficient
Sharein , the link sharing service, has responded to bookmarking web app Delicious’ new link sharing features by unleashing a raft of new functionality.
