Knowledge To Go: Put Your Wiki On Your IPhone
HTTrack is a highly configurable crawler that allows you to create a complete snapshot of your wiki ( Mediawiki in my case). After some trial and error, I discovered that since I used Semantic Mediawiki I needed to be even more careful with the links I wanted to include (many of the Special and Property pages took FOREVER to index).

Personal Memex
This really means a place to store bookmarks, web pages, snippets of pages, documents, etc. This would ideally include the ability to annotate existing notes, or documents. Not just the ability to do basic text search my links, documents, notes, or journals. but none of then were 100% complete in my mind. as well as tagging.

MediaWiki still requires users to learn wiki markup to author content. You'd have the open source community as your support but not a vendor. WordPress - Free.
