ROI Filed under: mba — Tags: enterprise 2.0 , connectbeam , roi — Hutch Carpenter @ 9:35 am Photo credit: cambodia4kidsorg Establishing a solid ROI for enterprise social software is an ongoing discussion for the sector. ROI is like trying to measure the ROI of email , it can’t be done Inability to measure ROI is a cop-out or evidence of the lack of value for social software Martin Koser has a really thoughtful piece along these lines.  I’m Not Actually a Geek March 9, 2009 How I Address the Question of Enterprise 2.0

  • Enterprise 2.0 Tools Align with McKinsey Steps for Making Good Business Decisions
It seems to me that in three of the four social media can play a useful role. Ensuring that people with the right skills and experience are included in decision making - Social media can be very helpful in finding the right people with the right skills within a large organization, or even a small one. Getting an internal Facebook that is designed as an Intranet replacement is more like Intranet 2.0, and seems
