Formalizing informal learning?
The Entreprise Collaborative has a new question , asking whether we can formalize informal learning. To me, it’s not about formalizing informal learning so much as explicitly supporting it versus ignoring it. Like the proverbial ’stuff’, informal learning happens. Period.
